MySportsHive

MySportsHive is a multi-tenant sports club management platform delivered as a multi-application system — built to run real club operations end-to-end: member onboarding, club administration, billing & invoicing, payments, communication, and role-based access. I built and designed the product fully solo across the complete stack — UI/UX, architecture, APIs, front-end applications, and production delivery.

Multi-tenant SaaS Multi-app Architecture Laravel API + Service/Repo Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 Billing & Invoicing Bank Payments SMS / Email / WhatsApp-ready Media & Document Uploads Roles & Permissions Operational Notifications Production Deployments

Why this project stands out

  • Multi-app architecture: a public club portfolio (marketing), a member portal, and an operations dashboard — connected through a unified Laravel API.
  • Payments built for multi-tenancy: designed so each club can connect their own bank account, accept payments, and run billing workflows independently.
  • Real operational workflows: invoice generation, offline payment logging, fee changes with history, role-based approvals, and audit-friendly UI actions.
  • Communication & notifications: messaging designed around channels (email/SMS/WhatsApp-ready) with delivery/status-driven UX and scalable logging patterns.
  • Reusable engineering foundations: consistent UI patterns, structured modules, scalable API conventions, and maintainable code organization for long-term growth.

Key Modules

  • Club Dashboard — operational overview, workflows, club-level management tools
  • Billing & Invoicing — fee assignment, invoice generation, tracking, manual/offline payments
  • Payments (Club Bank Connection) — club connects bank account, payment flow, status handling
  • Roles & Permissions — role management, permission assignment, granular access control
  • Communication Center — channel-based delivery design (email/SMS/WhatsApp-ready)
  • Notifications — operational alerts tied to events (billing actions, requests, approvals)
  • Media Uploads — profile images, documents, and content assets with consistent handling
  • Member / Player Portal — profiles, activities, and member experiences
  • Public Club Portfolio — per-club marketing site (Nuxt-based experience)
  • Company Admin Panel — platform-level management (admin tooling)

My Responsibilities

  • Product & UI/UX: designed a complete UI system (100+ screens) and implemented the full experience
  • Backend architecture: service/repository patterns, modular endpoints, multi-tenant foundations
  • Payments foundation: multi-club bank connection approach and payment status lifecycle handling
  • Communication design: channel-oriented messaging patterns (email/SMS/WhatsApp-ready) + scalable logs
  • Media handling: consistent upload patterns and file lifecycle handling across modules
  • Front-end delivery: multiple apps (Vue/Nuxt) with consistent UX and maintainable component patterns
  • Production readiness: deployments, environment configuration, operational stability practices
